Cancelation can be done before the end of offer cycle period. The same can be done throught Order list in the Dashboard page, by searching the order using the Order ID, user can fetch and click cancel against the item which is to be cancelled. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account within 15 to 30 days of the receipt, Cancellation Fee may be associated with it. Once the cycle time is over, cancellation of items cann not be done. This is because, the discount is calculated basis he order received as on whole for the cycle, including your order. Cancelling your order or any item in the order will impact the vendor as the vendor would have already given the discount to the other group members considering your order too. The vendor will endup in loss with this. Further, to it other customer’s expectation on discount and can create huge variations in the discounts being given. Hence, Please avoid cancelling the items/order once the discount rate is arrived.
If you wish to return a product, you should do it directly with the vendor. FarmersPrice.com holds no role in this regard. The vendor may charge minimum of X% from the total amount purchased and the return charge can vary item to item. (T&C) applied. When placing the order, Please make the note of return charges. The return charges may be more than the cancellation charge, since the Vendor already would have given a huge discount including your order too. Cancellation will impact the other customer’s expectation on discount and the Returns will impact the Vendor on the profit margin and may endup in loss for the vendor.
If the items you bought are not in good condition, you can raise it to vendor directly and it can be replaced. It is advisable to ensure that the products are in good condition while you receive it. Also, in case of damages or bad conditions of the product, the same should be immediately communicated to the vendor, It is expected from you to report the issue within the same day. Please do necessary checks while collecting the ordered items.
User can exchange the items purchased on Farmersprice.com within the stipulated time/days of the receipt (This "days" can vary item to item). If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item at free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item with the vendor. However, exchanging the products has to happen between the vendor and the user who has bought the product. In case of any issues, Farmersprice will tyr to help by doing mediator role to sort out the issue arises between you and the vendor. Over and above to that Farmersprice.com holds no role in this regard.
Products must be returned within the same day from the day of delivery.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift/offer item(s).
Free delivery may not be applicable for the returned items, as thats an value addition service by the vendor and not a compulsory service. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
