Also, we link the producers, farmers to the shops, thus eliminating the middlemen to the possible extent out of the supply chain and bring you closer to the source.
Yes, FarmresPrice is a Market Place. We do not buy, store and sell goods on our won. We do not own any go-downs and we are not making any delivery of the ordered items to door step. It is the vendor who does it or by the third party hired by the vendors. Farmersprice.com is just a place where we make the people as a group and refer the shops/Vendors, in order to enable the people to make use of collective buying power.
Depending on your location/Zip code, we'll connect you with local and regional sellers in your area. Currently we are tying up with the Vendors of vegetables, Fruits and soon we will be expanding to all the other categories enabling you to give access to other categories. You decide who you want to order from and what items you want to order.
The "Final discount rate" will be calculated basis the amount of orders received within the order cycle only. Those details will be mailed to the users at the end of the order cycle of the particular item. Users can check the status via Order tracking by supplying the order ID as input in the Dashboard. Pro-rating logic will be applied while calculating the discount when the amount of orders falls in between the offer slabs/levels.
Take Away (Store Pickup): You can take away your ordered items once you get the SMS/Mail alert with the discount amount. The SMS/Alert will be sent to you at the end of the offer cycle. You will have to show the order ID to the vendor while collecting the items from the vendor. If you have ordered from multiple vendors, you will have to collect your items from multiple vendors.
Home delivery: In case if you have selected the vendors who is making home delivery, then it will reach your home. So, if you need home delivery select the vendors who does it. Be available on time during the delivery time. The delivery will be made in regular slots only. Please make necessary arrangements, in case you won’t be available. If vendor could not deliver because of your unavailability, the goods will be taken back to vendor and it will be then your responsibility to collect the same from the vendor.
Most of our Sellers/Vendors may not charge you a delivery fee. But few may charge delivery fee separately. However, this depends on the vendor, as this may vary from vendor to vendor. Few vendors may deliver freely if minimum order is met. Such additional charges if it is being applied to your order, then the same will be shown in the view cart page.
Every Product will have order deadline (Daily or weekly or monthly), the start time and end time will be shown in the product box. You simply add whatever items you want to your cart before the deadline. That's it. You can add items pertaining to Daily, weekly or monthly in the single card. When the order deadline is reached, the discount calculation will be automatically done basis the vendor agreement on offer slabs and the order quantity received and the same will be sent as a mail/SMS. Using this you can collect your products ordered.
Currently, We don't accept online payments directly, you can pay to the vendors directly either through cash on delivery(COD) or through cards while collecting the items. We encourage you to go digital, start using mobile payment app like BHIM, Google pay, Paytm etc. Try educating the vendors to move digital instead of cash on delivery.
Yes. Items you bought are not in good condition, you can raise it to vendor and the same can be replaced. It is advisable to ensure that the products are in good condition while you received it. Also, in case of damages or bad conditions of the product, the same should be immediately communicated to the vendor, It is expected from you to report the issue within the same day.In case of any issues, Farmersprice will do a mediator role to sort out the issue between you and the vendor.
Cancelation can be done before the end of offer cycle period. The same can be done throught Order list in the Dashboard page. Cancellation Fee may be associated with it.
Once the cycle time is over, cancellation of items cann not be done. This is because, the discount is calculated basis the order received as on whole for the cycle, including your order. Cancelling your order or any item in the order will impact the vendor as the vendor would have already given the discount to the other group members considering your order too. Hence, Please avoid cancelling the items/order once the discount rate is arrived.

You have to collect the items from the vendor on time, othrewise the impact for the vendor will vary depending on the products. Vegetables, fruits are perishable and hence vendor cannot be made suffered because of your delay. The products has to be collected within the same day atleast.
